We ship with GLS, TNT, DHL or UPS. Orders are shipped from Italy.

SHIPPING TIMES

The shipping normally takes 2 to 3 working days (Italy and EU). In exceptional cases (es. Christmas time, August) delivery time can be longer.

ORDER STATUS

As soon as the parcel leaves our warehouse, you will receive an e-mail with the CONFIRMATION OF SHIPMENT where you will find the tracking number which you can use to track the shipment online. The tracking data are normally available a few hours/one day after the confirmation of shipment.

PARCEL TRACKING

You can verify your order status:

Through your account: log into your account in the “My data” area, find the order and click on “Details”. Once you open the order details click on “tracking” and you will be automatically redirected to the courier website where you’ll be able to track down the shipment.

Through the Confirmation of Shipment e-mail: you can verify the status of delivery by clicking on the “Tracking” link

Through the courier’s website: type the tracking number (which you can find on the e-mail) in the courier’s website and click on the “search” button to view the status of delivery.

LOST PARCEL

If you do not receive the goods within a week after the Confirmation of Shipment e-mail, please contact our Customer Service by sending an e-mail to servizioclienti@grupporaffaella.it or by filling out the form in the contact section or by calling +39 080 5690538 (MON-FRI 9am-3pm).
