CARRIERS

 

Shipments are carried out by GLS, TNT, DHL, UPS, FEDEX. Orders are shipped from Italy.

TRANSIT TIMES

The shipment usually takes 1/2 working days in Italy (islands and remote areas excluded). Shipments to EU countries take from 1 to 5 working days. For shipments to non-EU countries, delivery times vary from 2 to 7 working days *. In exceptional cases (eg Christmas period, August) transit times can be longer.

ORDER STATUS

As soon as your order leaves the warehouse you will receive an e-mail notification with the SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION where you can find the shipping number useful to track the delivery status of the parcel. NB: Tracking data are usually available a few hours / one day after confirmation of shipment.

TRACKING OF YOUR PARCEL

There are three ways to find out where your parcel is:

1 Through your account: Access the "My Account" section, enter the "Order status" section, find the order number and click on "Details", once the order detail is open click on "Tracking" to directly access the carrier’s website where you will view the actual status of the shipment.

2 Through the Shipping Confirmation e-mail: you can check the delivery status of your order by clicking on the "Tracking" link.

3 Through the courier's website: open the carrier's website and type the tracking number that you will find in the shipping confirmation e-mail and click on "Search" to view the actual status of the shipment.

LOST PARCEL

If you do not receive the goods within a week from the shipping confirmation e-mail, please contact our customer service by sending an e-mail to servizioclienti@grupporaffaella.it or by filling out the form in the contact section or calling the numbers +39 080 5690538 or + 39 345 0323319 (Mon-Fri).
